After some thought I decided to put together some videos that tell you how to do each move in the 12 Days of Fitness. I know some of these you are thinking, well what the heck is a burpee and the same with a few of the other moves. When I first started on my journey I had no clue what these things were, so don’t feel bad just do what you can.
On the First Day of Christmas Coach Carrie made me do a Burpee with a Tuck Jump.
On the Second Day of Christmas Coach Carrie made me do 2 Minute Mountain Climbers and a Burpee with a Tuck Jump.
