Love Yourself Enough

Love yourself

Do you love yourself? Do you love yourself enough? If you don’t love yourself now you won’t love yourself after…. Just give that some thought…..

You might say, if I lose weight and get down to where I want to be I will really love my body then…. this is not how it works. Learn to love every single detail of you and your body now. As your body changes you will notice these changes and be happy to see them.

Day in and day out we live with ourselves and our thoughts of “o how I wish I had that body.” Reality check!!! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT BODY!!

Yes, I did just say that…..

You are unique and will never be just like that person that you want to look like. You were created to be YOU and not a copy of anyone else! You are unique in so many different ways ;and rightfully so. Who wants tons of the same people walking around. We are not Barbies who all have the perfect waist, skin and boobs, we are all different.

You may have some flaws, but hey who doesn’t, I have a ton of them. Learn to love those flaws in every way that you can.

As you love yourself you will feel more comfortable in your own skin. You will be more confident, caring, loving….

Say to yourself daily:

  • I am beautiful
  • I am loved
  • I love me and every inch of ME

Take some time for yourself. Even if it is just 5-10 minutes a day you need that time to just relax and think positive things about YOU.

When you learn to love yourself you will have such a different outlook on life.

Do you love yourself enough???

So very true. I look at my legs and think – those aren’t runner’s legs. They’re too fat. But…those legs have carried me through a lot in my life including some long runs. Runner’s legs don’t have to be a certain way.

I would love for you to link up at Motivation Monday. We share inspirational posts, healthy recipes, and fitness tips – whatever makes you a better you.

I love that acronym. I don’t love myself enough yet, but I am working at it every day. I don’t have body image issues, but nearly everything else! It’s amazing how much self-love can increase very quickly when you are mindful and practice it. Thank you for your inspiring spirit! Found you through the Monday Mingle. :)

Adore this! I think I might tell this to all those who want the most out of life yet always put themselves down! Because this is so very true!! :)
